Still on the fence? These are the most common questions from people in our community before they start.

I’m out of shape / a total beginner. Is this for me?

Yes. Many of our members start after long breaks from exercise. We begin with a movement assessment, scale every workout to your current level, and coach technique closely. You don’t have to “get in shape” before starting—getting in shape is what we’re here for.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Our memberships are month-to-month with a simple cancellation policy. We earn your commitment with coaching and results, not fine print.

What happens after my trial?

Your coach will review your goals, schedule, and experience, then recommend the membership level that best fits your life. You’ll know exactly what your monthly investment and expected results look like before you decide.

What if I have past injuries?

Our coaches are experienced in working around common injuries like knees, shoulders, and backs. We can modify movements and build strength safely. If something doesn’t feel right, we change it—no ego involved.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely. Training with someone you know can make starting much easier. Ask us about partner or family options when we follow up about your trial.
